When I first started my fitness journey, I was going to the gym consistently, but doing workouts I found online through Youtube videos or social media. I was seeing some results, but really didn't see true results that allowed me to reach my goals until I implemented a workout routine that worked well for me.

Building a successful workout regimen can be challenging with the overwhelm of information out there, but with following some simple guidelines I discuss in this episode you will have a great place to start to reach your fitness goals.

I go over simple guidelines that you can use for yourself and kept it more broad because it truly depends on the individual and what their routine will look like. There are many factors that play a role such as what he/she enjoys, goals, equipment available, schedule, knowledge and resources, and SO much more.
