We all have our own fears that are keeping us from achieving our deepest desires. But with some mindset shifts and daily practices, you can transform how you view your fears and use it to your advantage.
Whether you’re wanting to become the best version of yourself, go into entrepreneurship, or accomplish a big goal, you’re most likely interested in facing whatever is holding you back with more confidence.
Perfectionism could be what is holding you back from your dreams. I understand you want your work and journey to be flawless, but realistically it won't be. If you believe you aren't good enough to go after it, you are lying to yourself. Ask yourself, what is good enough? How can I give my best effort and be proud of that? Expertise comes with experience. So why do we believe we are not good enough to even try? Take action, practice, and celebrate yourself for starting.
