As the saying goes, change is the only constant in life. Yes, you have your daily routines and that leaves you feeling comfortable, but there are minor changes that happen day to day.

Many fear change because it puts them out of their comfort zone and many often will experience resistance to new habits or new routines. We have to learn that our reality can shift just like that - one action, one night, one day.

In this episode, I share some strategies to overcome the fear of change or the unknown. I share how it is more about becoming adaptable to the unknown and as things come up. This will take time, especially if you are someone that loves to plan :) Expose yourself to more new situations and this will allow you to trust that it is okay to be uncomfortable.
